There are a number of vacancies available in various fields for foreigners wishing to come to Japan under the SSW visa category. Through our agency, now you have the opportunity to fulfill your overseas dream. Come and join us and achieve your dream.
After you have completed the above basic qualifications, we will conduct two interviews. The first interview will be conducted by I G E S International Foreign Employment Agency PVT LTD. Here we will register with our organization and collect your documents. A different date will be given for the second interview, and the second interview will be conducted via ZOOM technology with IGES Manpower Group Co., Ltd, our head office in Japan, where your language skills and the skills test you have passed will be discuss.
After the first and second interviews, we will begin the paperwork process related to your selected visa category and employment skills.
While processing the paperwork related to your selected visa category and job skills, you will sign employment contract with the company you are coming to Japan with.
After our lawyers complete all the paperwork related to obtaining your visa, they will be handed over to the Japan Immigration Services Agency.
Once we receive your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for your visa, it will be sent to you by post. Once our office in Sri Lanka receives the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), the relevant documents will be submitted to VFS and you will be guided to obtain visa for entry to Japan in your passport.
You must arrive in Japan within three months of receiving your visa. During this time, we will provide you with information on daily life in Japan, Japanese society, safety, laws, and etiquette, and provide you with a series of tips to help you succeed in your new job. We will also look into all the necessary requirements and provide you with the necessary advice before you leave for Japan.
